Pvolve NYC Fitness Class - Women Using a Resistance Band

Q1 2023 Recap of Pvolve Fitness Franchise Growth

Pvolve has seen tremendous growth in the first quarter of 2023. This quarter, Pvolve has grown from three affiliate studios to one franchise studio and twelve Pvolve franchise studios in development. These developments show substantial growth for Pvolve, as they began 2023 with more success than ever before. Brick-and-mortar Pvolve fitness boutique studio locations are just one of two ways that members can enjoy Pvolve’s functional fitness workouts, providing more accessibility than ever to the brand’s exclusive workout method.

In addition to many new Pvolve fitness studios in development, the corporate team has also introduced two new executive appointments, Karina Kogan and Katie Rosholt, and have also promoted Antonietta Vicario to Chief Training Officer.” We are proud and fortunate to have these three trailblazers on board during this pivotal time in our company’s expansion,” said Julie Cartwright, president of P.volve. “Each of these women brings a critical lens and immeasurable talent to our team, and I’m confident they will support our ambitious growth trajectory over the coming years and beyond.”

Pvolve’s science-led functional fitness method offers members a workout that uses low-impact movement and resistance band equipment to sculpt the body without the wear and tear of high impact exercise. With a rising interest in consumers improving their overall well-being, Pvolve is one of the fastest-growing fitness franchises in the industry and continues trending upward in growth. Our Fitness Franchise Growth

According to Pvolve President Julie Cartwright, Pvolve spent the past five years building the foundation of a business model designed to scale, with the goal of having 250 fitness studios awarded by 2025. Prior to 2023, Pvolve had three affiliate studios in Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York.

In the first quarter, Pvolve launched its first franchise location in San Diego, CA. The San Diego Pvolve fitness studio location is in one of Pvolve’s top 20 digital markets for virtual on-demand workouts and was opened by Kirstin and John Keohane. San Diego was the first of many anticipated Pvolve fitness franchise studios to open by quarter four of 2023, with Northwest Suburbs, Ill.; Bergen County, N.J.; Carlsbad, Cali.; Fort Worth, Texas, Nashville, Tenn., and Columbia, South Carolina, as well as two locations in Canada, Calgary, and Victoria.

As franchises enter development and begin opening, the Pvolve franchisor team is there to support them every step of the way. To ensure the process of opening a Pvolve franchise studio is uncomplicated and timely, the support team supplies franchise owners with data, site scores and demographic reports, and access to an experienced real estate and construction team. Each Pvolve franchisor will have the support of our growing team, receiving assistance from a Franchise Business Coach and Marketing Manager. Every step of the way, the Pvolve franchise team is here to help.
