From the moment you sign your Franchise Agreement, we will work to identify and drive opportunities from site selection to lease execution for your new studio.
We will work with you from design release through your studio opening. We will assist in managing your permits, loan closing, budget, construction timeline, and closing out your project.
Your trainers are the heart of your operation and the greatest representatives of our brand. We provide a hybrid approach to support your trainers learning, blending in-person training and an online platform to teach our unique method with 100 hours of rigorous and rewarding courses.
We provide comprehensive sales support from pre-sale through Grand Opening and into sustainability.
This includes a dedicated business coach who will be there every step of the way providing hands on training, expert guidance to drive sales and ensure your business is successful.
As soon as your lease is executed the marketing of your studio will begin, with dedicated support to ensure you generate maximum leads during presale, studio opening and beyond. The Pvolve marketing team works on generating national awareness for the Pvolve brand, while also offering full marketing support for each individual studio location. This support extends to PR, influencer, social media, community outreach and partnerships, email and SMS, and paid media.
Founder
Rachel Katzman is the Founder of Pvolve and Co-Founder and former CEO of Cuvée Beauty, a hair care line that she sold in 2019.
Katzman founded Pvolve in 2017 after her quest to ease the pain from high-impact workouts and scoliosis led her to discover the healing power of functional movement. Since then, it’s grown into a global omnichannel fitness brand backed by a Clinical Advisory Board with three studio locations and franchise opportunities worldwide. Known for her member-centric leadership style, she strives to continue to evolve the Method to meet women’s needs, constantly raising the standard for women’s health and fitness.
President
When Pvolve President Julie heard about Pvolve’s revolutionary method, she knew she had to join us on our mission to change peoples’ lives through fitness. Julie brings more than two decades of business development and fitness industry experience to Pvolve’s executive leadership team. Her passion for the brand serves as constant inspiration for those around her, reminding us of our shared mission every day. Working closely with our Co-Founder, Julie guides the brand’s direction with growth-minded vision and strategies that keep us aligned with our values.
Chief Operating Officer, Pvolve Development
Stacey Heald is the Chief Operations Officer, Pvolve Development, an omnichannel fitness company with a science-led method that pairs low-impact, functional movement, and patented resistance equipment to sculpt, strengthen, and restore the body. At Pvolve, Stacey oversees Franchise Development as well as Franchise Operations, implementing efficiencies, establishing performance metrics, and spearheading expansion initiatives while managing budgets and cost control measures for sustainable growth.
Stacey is a Senior Operations Executive with over 20 years of experience in the Health & Wellness sector and 15+ years in Multi-Unit Operations and Franchise Industry. Before joining Pvolve, Stacey was the Executive Vice President of Medi-Weightloss Franchising and the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of LeHeal Biogenix, a Multi-Site Brand specializing in Regenerative Medicine. Stacey is a proven executive with significant experience managing multiple aspects of national brand expansion, including financial management, daily operations, business development, emerging market growth, and process improvement. She is a motivational leader who excels at driving executive-level projects, building teams, and establishing systems within complex organizations.
Director of Franchise Development
After 2 decades in the fitness industry, you could say our Director of Franchise Development, Alex, knows a thing or two about what it takes to be successful in the space. With additional expertise from his degree in finance and experience as a licensed real estate broker, Alex offers our franchisees a wealth of knowledge they can use to build their businesses. Alex serves as a guide as future franchisees like you explore the Pvolve opportunity and prepare for business ownership. In the workplace, Alex taps into his past as a collegiate athlete, constantly motivating the team to work together to see the best results.
Franchise Development Coordinator
Kara is the first friendly face potential franchisees meet when exploring the opportunity to join the Pvolve family. With her approachable demeanor and expertise, Kara is dedicated to answering initial questions about franchising, guiding candidates through the process, and providing clarity on timelines. As a seasoned marketing professional and former Pilates instructor with a passion for fitness, Kara brings a unique perspective to her role. She fell in love with Pvolve for its innovative approach to movement, setting it apart from other fitness methods. Kara is excited to help others discover the transformative power of Pvolve while supporting their journey toward franchise ownership.
Chief Training Officer
Antonietta Vicario brings more than two decades of experience as a leader in the fitness space. In addition to being a sought-after trainer, Vicario’s areas of expertise include global team leadership, teacher training, content programming, kinesiology, and building learning and development systems for training at scale. Since joining Pvolve in November 2019, she is ever evolving the Pvolve Method, expanding class offerings and developing content alongside trainers and Pvolve’s Clinical Advisory Board to meet the needs of women throughout their lives. She has also created a teacher training program to expand Pvolve’s corporate, franchise and digital footprint, ensuring a standard of excellence among the growing trainer team across all business verticals.
Prior to joining Pvolve, Vicario was the director of global training at Physique 57, where she developed a training program that enabled the company to open and maintain five studios throughout New York and expand into five different countries, educating a fleet of over 100 trainers world-wide. She is a certified Yoga, Pilates, and Barre instructor, studied at the Gray Institute, and is a Health and Hormone Coach through Institute for Integrative Nutrition

Director, Franchise Learning & Development
With over 20 years in the fitness industry, Nicole employs a broad and unique spectrum of knowledge. As a group fitness instructor and long-time learning and development professional, she brings a deep passion for the delivery of the Pvolve Method and strives to help every Pvolve instructor tap into their greatest creative and coaching potential. Having been a part of fitness start-ups, boutique franchises and big box gyms over the course of her career she is no stranger to understanding what it takes to build and scale a learning experience that’s truly special while adequately preparing a team of instructors to continuously deliver quality class experiences to their Member base. Nicole not only provides a learning environment that allows each individual to move and grow in a supportive space, but she remains at the forefront of evolving educational methods and implements corresponding technology to support an exceptional L&D journey.
Director of Franchise & Studio Instructor Training
As a fitness instructor, NASM certified personal trainer, and a former professional dancer, Dani Coleman truly understands movement. In her role as Pvolve’s Director of Franchise and Studio Instructor Training, Dani is instrumental in continuously developing training processes and tools that help our trainer team deliver an unparalleled studio experience. Dani also ensures we’re creating spaces that welcome every individual throughout their Pvolve journey by supporting the studio teams with best practices and working cross functionally with the operations team.
Dani’s experience as a professional dancer gave her an inspiring work ethic and taught her to chase the best version of herself—and this training is clear in the way she operates on a day to day. Always up to new challenges and willing to do what it takes to get things done, Dani employs a hands-on approach to her work.
Head of Brand
Jill Brand has growth on the mind. As Head of Brand, Jill strategizes how to best translate the magic of the Pvolve brand in ways that drives organic growth amongst new audiences. She is responsible for developing thoughtful campaigns, partnerships, media and beyond, while also translating the brand into tactical lead-driving campaigns to support the global studio footprint. As a member of the team for over 4 years, Jill has been part of the business since the early days and has been a pivotal force in driving the global expansion of the business, including the partnership with Jennifer Aniston.
An avid fitness enthusiast herself, Jill practices Pvolve 7 days a week and gushes that it has changed her body and her entire perspective on what fitness should look and feel like. In her day to day, you’ll find Jill at home in the Hamptons laughing at the chaos of life with her three young kids.
Director, Studio & Franchise Marketing
High energy and full of innovative local marketing ideas, Amanda Steckler is our franchisees go to for all things marketing. Well-seasoned in the wellness industry, Amanda joins Pvolve with a decade of marketing experience and a passion for fitness. In fact, she even holds a NASM personal training certificate, giving her unique insight into the science behind our functional fitness method. Working closely with both the brand and operations teams allows Amanda to build creative and strategic customer acquisition campaigns designed to help our franchisees grow.
Executive Director of Studio Sales & Operations
Emily wants Pvolve’s franchise owners to succeed. With years of franchise experience and her dedication to fitness as a prior trainer, Emily works closely with franchise owners and studio managers to coach them on everything Pvolve. From the sales and operations systems to the processes and procedures, she will educate and strategize to maximize revenue growth, improve profit margins and gain market share. As the primary liaison between franchise owners and the Pvolve team, she is a wealth of knowledge – from launch and recruitment to day-to-day operations.
Emily understands the adventurous spirit behind every franchise owner. She was a boutique franchise owner herself. Pvolve’s positivity, flexibility, compassion, and values align with her bold nature. This culture, combined with the functional movement methodology, made Pvolve the team she needed to join.

Alice joins Pvolve with nearly 10 years of unit growth and operational experience. Before joining, she led expansion and opening processes at Veritas Veterinary Partners in 2024, as well as at Myodetox, a physical therapy brand, from 2018 to 2023. She worked at SoulCycle from 2015-2018, and was part of their expansion team into Canada.
