Emma was inspired by Rachel’s story and the functional movement method. Since having Osgood-Schlatter’s from a young age, Emma has sensitive knees that feel worn down after high-impact workouts. After transitioning to Pvolve workouts, Emma knew this was the program that her body needed. Having had experience in the franchise industry, Emma easily transitioned into her role at Pvolve, where she coupled her passion for the fitness method with her knowledge of the industry. Emma says “I also love the value of movement and health here, I’ve never worked for a company before that encourages team members to join a live workout together!”
