Franchisee Spotlight: Kirstin and John Keohane

Get to know Highschool sweethearts Kirstin and John Keohane who opened the Pvolve San Diego studio in February 2023. Kirstin discovered Pvolve as a way to work out from home during the COVID-19 pandemic and quickly became passionate about the method. Originally from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Kirstin and John relocated to San Diego. As they prepared to move, Kirstin was trying to determine her next career move. She was a Director of Finance at a publicly traded liquor company, but felt she was ready for a new opportunity. It was then that she discovered that Pvolve was franchising and the rest is history.

Finding Passion With The Pvolve Franchise

Kirstin found her passion for Pvolve when she was looking for a home-workout program while the gyms were closed. After joining, her love for the method quickly grew, as Kirstin says, “Pvolve’s workout is unlike any other workout on the market”. Having been very active growing up, Kirstin was able to identify this upcoming trend early, as she has done with other fitness practices. Kirstin’s strong belief that Pvolve is the next workout phenomenon, led her to reach out to Pvolve to learn more about the franchise opportunity.

After meeting with the Pvolve franchise team, and seeing first-hand the passion they had for growing the brand, Kirstin and John’s choice to sign was solidified.
