Pvolve Fitness Studios, A Female-Led Fitness Revolution

Pvolve fitness studios take a new approach to fitness with an innovative functional fitness method. This science-led fitness method uses proprietary equipment and functional movements to provide members with a low-impact, high-intensity workout. After feeling like high-impact workouts left her feeling broken down, Co-founder, Rachel Katzman, was inspired to train her body functionally and determined to help women across the world reach their fitness goals in the same way. This determination was brought to fruition in 2017 when Rachel teamed up with Pvolve President, Julie Cartwright, who found Pvolve’s fitness methods profound. Since then, Pvolve has received great feedback from Pvolve fitness studio members and began franchising to bring this revolutionary fitness method to people around the world. The company’s growth has led to an expansion in leadership, with the introduction of two new hires and the promotion of Pvolve’s former vice president of talent and training.
